These are all the classes, programs, and workshops Ive developed over the last 6yrs.
If you want to stay fit, or have a great sweaty workout, or just need that next edge/ drive, or if you wanna learn something new, or calm the mentality, or if you wanna have fun while you work out, or even learn how to dance. Then this is it for you!
The Fitness Programs are designed for adults 18+.
The Workshops & Classes are designed for ages 14+
Fitness Programs:
1. Toprock Zumba (Fitness Workout) (1hr - $30hr)
Zumba Fitness: Bboy Toprock Style.
Incorporates some Footwork/drops/floorwork.
Improves Endurance, Stamina, Energy, Fun.
Core, Thighs, Butt, Feet, Calves, Triceps.
2. Chrysalis (bboy + yoga fusion) (1h-$25hr)

3. Evo (A New style yoga) (1.5hr - $20hr)
Animal abstract movements & poses. Improve flexibility & micro-muscles.
Conditioning, Stamina, Calisthenics, Balance, Breath Control, Meditation, Spirituality, Mental Focus.
4. Ceres (1.5hr - $25hr)

Develops ground movement training drills to prepare for MMA & fitness exercise.
Recommended for: Dancers, MMA/Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Capoeira, Yoga practicioners.
Improves Flexibility, Spatial Time Theory, Awareness, Control, Speed, Reflex.
5. SPORTS NUTRITION
recommended for: Bboys, Martial Artists, Trickers, Yogi.
If you are an athlete who wants to improve your fitness through endurance, flexibility, stamina, strength, coordination, awareness, balance, energy, and wellness.
Or if you want to improve physicality, this is the perfect tool to get there. I have 6yrs studying sports nutrition independently.
I have done the raw vegan, vegan, pescatarian, and vegetarian diet. But now I just eat very healthy. You will learn the kinds of food for athletic training, and what foods are right to sustain through a normal working day, and what will help you gain energy throughout the day. Dance Workshops: (Recommended for Lyrical & Bboy)
1. Indole (Flowmotion, story telling) (1.5-2hr/ $50 per hr)
Teaches movement throughout floor filling. Toprocks, and story telling flow.
Recommended for: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced.
2. Space Theory (MovMental, Xpansion Footwork) (1.5-2hr/ $50 per hr)
Teaches how to expand footwork to grasp all stage area. Floor control & Extension.
Movements with not just feet, but entire body.
Recommended for: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced.
Curriculum: Drills, Exercises, Stacks, Speed, Obstacles, Blind, Terrain.
